i have been trying to request tuf season 1 fighters reunion for weeks and the page all ways goes to 404

Hi,
Ive been trying for weeks now to change my email address from vincent_costa@libero.it to vincent.costa@hotmail.com, but when I click on the link I get the following reply:
The requested URL /account-ce.php was not found on this server.
error 404 not found
