Lately I often get the tracker error 'Connection limit exceeded! You may only leech from one location at a time!'

This is strange, because other torrents from this site on the same tracker are fine and of course I'm not connected from more than one location.
But the real problem is that it affects the u/l ratio. Since most torrents not only connect over the tracker but also by LPD, DHT and PEX, I'm still seeding those torrents without improving my upload ratio since the tracker doesn't recognize it.

Now that you have stricter rules concerning u/l ratio you should definitely make sure your tracker runs fine, otherwise there is no sense in caring about ratio at all.
