I have created a torrent (Step by Step - Reseed as requested by Lerner) according to the instructions in the FAQ. Everything Ok.
The file is at the right location: I can even open and play it just by clicking on it since uTorrent.

I did not forget to download the torrent so that it should actualize, but no, it stays as 'downloading' and does not show any activity.

If I open the torrent (Properties), I got this tracker http://tracker.bestpokertorrents.com/announce.php?passkey=0f77d7d233bae9f7a1c9ef6986f028d9

So, what did I do wrong?

Solved.
I have tried so many things that I don't know what was wrong, but eventually, a Force Re-Check started it
