If you've downloaded some of the torrents here, like the "37 useful poker books" or similar. You may have noticed some PDF-files have restrictions on them that prohibits printing and selecting text.

This can be quite annoying and very impractical, fortunately there's a (very) simple way around this.

You need two pieces of software, the first is called Ghostscript, and can be downloaded here: http://afpl-ghostscript.en.malavida.com/d128-free-download-windows

You also need GSView which utilizes Ghostscript. GSView can be found here: http://gsview.en.malavida.com/d127-free-download-windows

Now for the procedure!

1. Install Ghostscript
2. Install GSView
3. Open your PDF i GSView
4. Err, select "File" and "Print".

If you want to produce a PDF without restrictions

1. Select "Convert" from the File menu.
2. Select "300" in resolution.
3. Select a filename (don't forget .PDF) and click Save
4. Open the PDF in Adobe Reader or any reader and et voila, you can print it.

Bonus note: If you want a free PDF Writer, ie, a virtual printer that creates PDF Files, go to www.cutepdf.com where you can download a free writer that also uses Ghostscript (which you already have).
