I got a virus/trojan/whatever warning when installing this so I chose the anti-virus option to stick the offending dll in the "vault".  Full Tilt didn't work after that.  I had to de-install this program and reboot then it worked fine.  Sorry I didn't keep the details of which file and which trojan/virus. p.s. It's the first time I've received a virus/trojan warning; I'm very careful normally.  So please heed this message.
